Yes, we offer add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, and teeth brushing, coloring and feathering. These services can be added on to any grooming package for an additional fee.

No, we do not offer mobile grooming services at this time. All grooming appointments take place in our salon.

We understand that things come up and appointments may need to be cancelled. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or a $25 cancellation fee will be added to the next appointment

Yes, we occasionally offer promotions and discounts to our loyal customers. We also will give our customers $10 off their next groom when they refer someone to us. We give your friend $10 for trying us out.

Yes, we require proof of Rabies and strongly recommend the Bordetella and the Flu vaccine to prevent any airborne coughs and flu/respiratory illnesses 

Our basic bath includes a bath with shampoo and conditioner, towel and blow dry, brush out, nails, anal glands if needed.

At Dilworth Dog Grooming, we take great pride in how we care for your pets. You see, we see them as family and take care of them as such. When news arises about a potentially new virus spreading , we feel confident that we can continue to keep viruses at bay. We always disinfect our equipment and tables in between grooms. We have always used an anti-viral in our mop buckets and spray cleaners. We disinfect bowls by sanitizing them (off site) and cleaning them throughout the day. The shop gets mopped throughout the day. We sanitize the windows and wipe down the walls and we do a full extra clean of the shop before we start each day. If a dog does need to go into the crate to dry, we disinfect between dogs. We also disinfect between baths as well. We do ask all dogs that come into our shop to have their Bordetella and flu shot as we are a unique grooming facility. Our groomers do bring in their own pets from time to time and do so because they feel safe. In the event of a dog not feeling well, we contact the parent right away to pick them up.
